How it Works
Queue from Home – Boon Keng
Important note for patients with insurance coverage:
  • Please present your physical/digital insurance card at the counter when you arrive at our clinic.
  • ⁠We do not offer remote verification of insurance card via phone or WhatsApp.
  • ⁠To ensure your coverage is active, you must have your physical/digital card with you at the clinic to present to our clinic counter staff.

How to Register Online (Queue from Home)

Step 1: Get Ready

  • Have your SingPass app ready. (Note: A valid SingPass is required for online registration.)

Step 2: Start Your Registration

  • Choose the branch of the clinic you wish to visit.
  • Click the link or scan the QR code to begin.
    To avoid delays or having to re-queue, please double-check that you have selected the clinic branch you plan to visit. Registration is location-specific, and we cannot transfer queues between branches.
  • You will be directed to a SingPass login page. Log in using your SingPass app.

Step 3: Verify Your Details

  • After login, you will be taken to the Online Registration Form.
  • Most fields will be auto-filled with your SingPass details.
  • Please check that all information is correct. Update any fields if necessary.
  • Double-check your contact number. An incorrect number may cause registration errors or delays.

Step 4: Understand the Queue Rules

Please read and acknowledge the following:

  • When to head to the clinic: We recommend you start traveling when there are 4–5 patients ahead of you (assuming 20–30 minutes travel time).
  • If you miss your turn: If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your queue number was called, your spot will be voided and you will need to re-queue.
  • Upon arrival: Please notify the clinic staff immediately and have your identification card ready for verification.

Step 5: Complete Registration

  • Input your reason for consultation accurately and clearly
  • Sign and click "Register Now" .
  • You will see a "Thank You!" page confirming your submission.

Step 6: Track Your Queue

  • Within 15 minutes, you will receive an SMS with your live queue status and the number of patients ahead of you.
