Eligible patients can use Medisave to pay for selected chronic disease management consultations and medications.

  • Pioneer Generation and Merdeka Generation additional benefits

Elderly Care Services

We provide specialized services for elderly patients including assessments required for financial assistance schemes and legal documentation.

Note: Assessment fees may be reimbursed if you are assessed to be severely disabled. For CareShield Life claims, the first disability assessment fee is waived regardless of outcome.

Vaccinations (NCIS/NAIS/Adults/Travel)

We provide vaccinations for children, adults, and travelers.

Childhood (NCIS)

National Childhood Immunisation Schedule (NCIS) vaccinations are fully subsidized for Singapore Citizen children.

Influenza (Flu) Vaccine

  • Recommended annually or per season for all adults
  • Fully subsidised once a year (i.e. no out-of-pocket charges) for Singapore Citizens aged 65 and above
  • Protects against seasonal flu strains
  • Reduces risk of complications 

Pneumococcal Vaccines:

  • PCV20
  • Protects against pneumonia due to pneumococcus
  • Co-payment required 

Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis (Tdap):

  • Booster every 5-10 years
  • Important for prevention of severe infections from wounds
  • Protection against whooping cough
     

Human Papillomavirus (HPV):

  • Recommended for females age 9-26 years
  • May be given to both males and females
  • Protects against genital warts and some cancers including oropharyngeal, anal and genital (penile, cervical) cancers
  • 2 or 3-dose schedule
     

Hepatitis A:

  • Recommended for high-risk individuals and travel to high risk areas
  • 2-dose schedule
     

Varicella (Chickenpox):

  • For adults without prior infection
  • 2-dose schedule 

Hepatitis B:

  • Recommended for those without immunity, especially high-risk individuals
  • Testing for immunity available
  • 3-dose schedule 

Shingles (Herpes Zoster):

  • Recommended for adults age above 60 years
  • Prevents shingles and associated complications
  • Flexi-Medisave accepted for eligible Singapore Citizens
     

Travel Vaccinations:

We provide vaccinations for international travel based on destination requirements:

  • Meningococcus
  • Influenza
  • Typhoid
  • Hepatitis A and B

What to Bring for Vaccinations:

  • NRIC
  • Vaccination records (if available)
  • CHAS card (if applicable) 

Travel Health Consultation:

  • Risk assessment based on destination
  • Vaccination recommendations
  • Malaria prophylaxis if needed
  • Altitude sickness prophylaxis if needed
     

Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR):

  • For adults born in Singapore after 1975 without immunity

Statutory Medical Examinations (MOM/ICA/LTA)

Fast and convenient FDW 6ME medical check-up in Singapore.
Complete the MOM-required medical assessment, and our clinic will submit all results directly to MOM. Employers can access results online within two weeks.

Note: Chest X-rays are not performed in our clinic. We provide referrals to approved X-ray facilities, and results are collected and included in the medical report. All prices are exclusive of GST.

We provide medical care for patients from childhood through to elderly years. Family medicine covering acute illnesses, chronic conditions, and preventive care.

Walk-In Welcome, Queue from Home

Walk-in patients are welcome during clinic hours. Extended operating hours for your convenience. Queue from home.

We accept CHAS, Pioneer Generation, Merdeka Generation cards, CDMP (Medisave), Flexi-Medisave, Baby Bonus, and CDC Voucher for eligible services.

Common Questions About General Practice

Must I come down to clinic to queue?
No, you can pre-register online from home for your visit. This helps reduce waiting time at the clinic. Simply complete the pre-registration form online, and we will notify you when it’s your turn. Walk-ins are also welcome if you prefer to come directly to the clinic.
